Awards recognize equine welfare efforts

Once again, the Saskatchewan Horse Federation (SHF) and Farm Animal Council of Saskatchewan (FACS) have teamed up to recognize Saskatchewan individuals, organizations and companies demonstrating excellence in equine welfare and animal health.
